Victory Theatre to reopen

By the time I was old enough to get in, the place was in decline, and soon closed. But the Victory may come back as a theatre venue, with burlesque making a comeback to the theatre. Whatever appears on the stage, it will be great to see it back as a venue. It can hold a thousand people at least.
