When You Have Time

This is not a 10 second video. I will take a bit of time. But it will be time well spent. It's unlikely health issues will rarely be discussed here - this may be the only exception.

I love doing what I do and I love those who share in the experience. It would be great if we could all go on forever, without interruption. With that in mind - I'm very careful what I eat and drink. Will it help? I don't know, but it's worth trying.
