Here's the text from the Food Network... this has become one of my fave cauliflower recipes. baking Beats steaming :D The spices make it a great side dish to a curry.

Recipe courtesy of Food Network Kitchen

Toss 7 cups small cauliflower florets (1 medium head, cut up)
3 chopped plum tomatoes with
1/4 cup olive oil,
2 cloves minced garlic,
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin seeds,
1/4 teaspoon turmeric,
a pinch of cayenne,
1/2 teaspoon salt, and
pepper to taste

on a baking sheet.

Roast in a 450 degrees F oven, about
25 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and chopped cilantro.

Notes: keep an eye on this, while cooking, depending on your oven! Cauliflower should be a bit browned around the edges, but it's easy to overdo. Take it out when it looks tasty.

I've modified this recipe a wee bit over time, and like the results.
Here's what I've done:

-Add 1 1/2 tsp ground coriander seed
-Increase turmeric to nearly a teaspoon
-Add a bit of grated ginger, maybe a tablespoon
-Add 1/2 tsp nigella seed (kalonji) (black onion seed)
-(If you're not hard-core into Indian cooking as I am, you wont likely have this, but it adds a nice flavour:) A pinch of Asafoetida (Hing).
-Lime juice is a very nice substitute for the drizzle of lemon juice
-Be very generous with the chopped fresh coriander leaf/cilantro :)

These little things will take the recipe from good to... Wow! Nice! ;)

Another hint:
Spread this out on a sheet of parchment paper placed over your baking sheet, for easy removal to a serving bowl, and cleanup.
