Score the top of the ham in a diamond shape pattern and place in a baking dish.

Pour one can of ginger ale over the ham and tightly cover dish with foil.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Mix 2 Tablespoons brown sugar, 1 Tablespoon Keen's Dry Mustard, 1 Tablespoon honey
and just enough of the ginger ale cooking liquid to make a thick paste.

Remove the ham from the oven and apply the paste to the top of the ham.

Bake for another 15 minutes, uncovered.

Store the leftovers in the baking dish, cut side down and the ham will be further infused with the cooking liquid
ENJOY!
