just break up the bread into a large bowl & add lots of onions diced fine . Then add the margerine till the bread becomes moist & add sage till you have the right taste.parsely aadds no flavor & is a looks thing so I never bother to buy it.if you cover up the bowl & leave over night in the fridge the flavor will pop a bit better & go stuff your bird!
Some times you can add raw rice to that mixture as the rice cooks with the bird.
This recipe was my grandmothers from the 1800s.Hope you enjoy as from then on you will turn your nose up at that stove top stuffing crap the supermarkets sell.
