Well, I gotta comment on Ultravox's Contact.
After David played it he mentioned that it may have been the first time we heard the track. It was my virgin listen for sure because that word jumps out at me whenever I hear it or see it anywhere. I see and hear Contact everywhere from Rough Trade's "All Touch" to Rush's "Spirit of Radio" to a business sign I pass on the way to work. (Actually Contac to be exact but still makes me smile inside).

While I was listening to Ultravox's Contact I was almost coaxed out of my usual lurking position in the corner of the chat room, but I had nothing to say 'til now - 4 days later. It takes me that long to gather my thoughts. Similar to my response in a board room meeting; hours later I realize I should have said this or that.

Turns out Contact is Midge Ure's favourite track from Ultravox's new album "Brilliant". He has good taste.
